Three natural stone living spaces are grouped in a very typical Dordogne hamlet:

- A house of 100m2: living room, equipped kitchen, fireplace, storage room and WC on the ground floor + 2 bedrooms with storage space, a walk-in closet, bathroom with Italian style shower and WC on the 1st floor
- A Loft of 100m2 with open kitchen, bedroom, storage room, bathroom and toilet. These 3 buildings are in perfect condition and can be rented out as a holiday home all year round.
The restaurant is brand new and can seat 35 people inside and 60 people on the first terrace. There are lounge chairs on the second terrace. This restaurant has a fully equipped professional kitchen and a covered outdoor area to wash the dishes. The aquatic area is brand new and has a heated swimming pool (15x7m) with a small waterfall, Jacuzzi seating areas, a sun lounge, some water games for children and a bar with its own terrace.The sanitary building was renovated in 2016. It is wheelchair friendly and has two professional washing machines and a dryer.
There are two playgrounds on the campsite. One is shaded and for the younger kids. The older children can use the rope pyramid, volleyball field and football fields.
The 300m2 barn is used as storage space.
The 250m2 belvedere (wooden dojo) is a quiet place with a great view of the surrounding valley. It is perfect for reading, relaxing or meditating on sofas or hammocks. There is a private book exchange place and there are tables and chairs where children can draw or do crafts. It is a true paradise for yoga, martial arts or those looking for meditation and tranquility.
The pure water source, owned by the campsite, supplies all living areas with water.
There is a private hiking trail in the woods around the domain. There are hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding.
The guests are mainly Dutch (60%).
Located in the middle of nowhere but close to everything, the area is touristy yet quiet and very welcoming. Close to the larger cities of Angoulême and Périgueux (less than 45 minutes drive), the TGV station (2 hours from Paris and 8 hours from Amsterdam) and 2 airports (Bergerac and Bordeaux).
The campsite, labeled Périgord-Limousin Natural Park, is managed by a couple who would like to retire. Actually, the campsite is only operated for a short period, from mid-June to the end of August, but the season can be stretched to accommodate groups of hikers, cyclists, weddings, yoga retreats, family gatherings.
