It is with great pain in our hearts that we have to sell our campsite after 23 years.

Very well-run, ready-to-use campsite for sale in the beautiful province of North Dalarna, with 10 stugor (houses) and a detached house, all on 6.5 hectares of private land.
We have a private 1.2 km long asphalted driveway located in nature that takes you to the campsite.
The campsite is almost surrounded by water, which gives you a lot of privilege.
The campsite has a spacious reception with recreation area and seating area.
Outside at the reception there are lounge sofas and dining tables for guests who want to use them.
There is a cozy covered area for 40 guests
with BBQ options and fireplace.

At the private fish dam behind the service house we have a view of the illuminated feeding grounds in the woods and a hot tub with hot water shower and changing area for the winter.

There are 175 pitches with electricity connections and several pitches without electricity (expansion options)
There are also 10 well-maintained stugors (cottages), equipped for 4 people, four of which have a view of the river, equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator and are also winter insulated, outside you can also connect the car for engine heating.

We have one closed garage and 2 large open garages, all with electricity.
The toilet block consists of two sanitary areas (for men and women) and a kitchen with cooking and washing up facilities, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave and ovens.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the washing machine and dryer room, baby room, 2 saunas and 10 showers, 14 toilets, drying room and a handicap room with shower and toilet.
The campsite also has the option of emptying the chemical toilet (a separate entrance in the service building) and you can also empty the gray water with us.
There is a place for loading and unloading water/sanitary facilities for the campers.

The house is now occupied by the owners.
It is a pleasant and spacious house, consisting of a living room with a tulikivi soapstone stove with glass on two sides,
kitchen, bedrooms, loft, bathroom, and a large veranda.
There is a vegetable garden to grow your own vegetables.

The campsite is idyllically located in the middle of nature on the edge of a primeval forest and on an extensive fast-flowing river rich in fish, which provides picturesque views and many recreational options: fishing, canoeing and kayaking, rafting, walking/hiking and cycling on the many mountain bike trails.
A beautiful 18-hole golf course 2 km from the campsite.
The reindeer/elk often walk across the campsite, and of course you can spot other wildlife in the middle of nature.

Idre is a Sami village, it is the southernmost village where reindeer are kept. Idre is guaranteed snow in winter, which means that many winter activities are possible and the campsite is located 7 km from the beautiful slopes and is one of the largest ski areas in Sweden.
For example, a snowmobile trail and cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing and whatever else you want start from the campsite.
You can go on dog sled rides and how about ice fishing on the lakes and rivers.
The campsite also has a good location between several ski areas.

Dalarna is known for its peace and space, unspoiled nature and not to mention the Furufjället waterfall (the highest waterfall in Sweden).
one of the many excursion options in the area is to take a beautiful route to Norway, climb the city, the magic road that you should certainly not miss, etc.
Due to the favorable location of the campsite in the middle of nature and in relation to the surrounding cities, numerous cultural and recreational outings are possible.
The campsite is located just outside the picturesque village of Idre, which has two supermarkets, swimming pool, bowling alley, petrol station, pharmacy,
3 restaurants, post office, souvenir/clothing shops, white goods and a do-it-yourself shop and a systembolaget (drinks shop)
Hospital 30 km away and GP post 1 km away
There are also various options for charging electric cars.
There is a bus connection 200 meters from the campsite.
There are schools in Idre from young to 16 years old.
There are also many associations, including in the fields of sports, crafts and culture.
