For us it is time to start a new chapter and that is why we offer our campsite with holiday homes for sale. Our company, located in the province of Västerbotten in the north of Sweden, is beautifully situated on a peninsula with a fantastic view of a large lake. Within walking distance is a pleasant village with several facilities.
The plot is approx. 4 HA with expansion and development possibilities.
Our company (Swedish AB) will be sold through a share transfer.
The following items are offered for sale:
– 45 camping pitches with electricity + 24 temporary electricity pitches for events;
– Dozens of places without electricity (not numbered);
– 8 camping cabins (12m2/stuga, total 28 beds) (summer rental only);
– 6 insulated holiday bungalows (55 m2/stuga, 30 beds in total) (both summer and winter rentals);
– 2 service buildings with a total of 9 showers, 11 toilets and 5 washing-up areas;
– Large dining room (60m2) with kitchen and about 45 seats;
– Small kitchen;
– Washing machine room;
– Sauna (electric);
– Reception/kiosk;
– Café with kitchen with 20 seats inside and 25 seats outside;

We now run the campsite with 2 people. Every month we pay a good salary, so that we can make ends meet and do not need another job. Every year, after payment of salary, a nice profit remains.
The purchase price does not include a commercial property. However, it is possible to live in one of the holiday homes.
Our house (approx. 150 m2), located approximately 800 meters from the campsite, can be taken over. This is not part of the company to be acquired.
To take over a company in Sweden, it is important to know that a bank often wants to finance a maximum of 50% for the purchase of tourism companies.
Part of your own money is required to take over our company.
