The campsite is situated around an old farm. The number of stone buildings makes it seem like a small village. The sanitary facilities for the campsite, a workshop, a gite, a shop and storage are all housed in the natural stone buildings.
The gîte has a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a French balcony. The gîte is tastefully decorated and has a terrace at both the front and the rear. At the rear, guests of the gîte enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view over the valley.
The campsite is frequently visited by families with children, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The area has many nice villages and nature. It is a wonderful area to live.
The swimming pool and the 2 paddling pools all have their own cleaning system and chlorine dosing system. The baths are heated by heat pumps.
The camp shop, a living room, storage space and workshop have been created in a natural stone barn centrally located on the site.
The house is an old renovated farmhouse with authentic details, such as an old bread oven and fireplace. On the ground floor we find a spacious kitchen, a spacious living room, a hall with toilet and a laundry room with storage space and a bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor.
The campsite has a park-like layout, with space and beautiful varied plants. In addition to the grounds (2 hectares) on which the campsite and the house are located, there is a valley (5 hectares) where one could keep horses or other animals.
The campsite is sold including all necessary materials, inventory and tools. The campsite is classified and is up to standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to change course and take over a thriving company in a beautiful location. If desired, the owners will assist the new “campsite bosses” with advice and assistance, so that a new start goes smoothly.
