This shady campsite is a true paradise of peace and nature in the middle of an area with fascinating sights.
From your tent, camper or cottage, your guest has direct access to the Dordogne river for a refreshing dip or a canoe trip. Bicycles are rented at the entrance of the campsite for a wonderful ride through the beautiful nature and the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat la Canéda is 20 minutes by car. Both Sarlat and Souillac offer shops, culture and other amenities for your guests. Closer by, in Saint Julien de Lampon, the village on the other side of the river, you can visit the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a cozy bar-restaurant every day. Of course, the area offers many more places worth visiting, such as famous castles, the beautiful caves of the Gouffres de Padirac and various villages and towns such as the bastide of Monpazier, just to name a few.
After these trips, your guests can relax on the cozy terrace of the campsite or retreat to the green, quiet campsite. The campsite is spacious and has two large shower and toilet blocks. There is a tennis court, some children's play equipment and a spacious river bank to enjoy the expansive views both day and night. A number of regular guests know how to find the campsite every year, but also new guests passing through discover this beautiful stopping place.

Partly thanks to the efforts of the current owner, the residents of the village also know how to find the terrace for a drink or a meal.
