We offer for sale our beautiful, quiet, well-maintained campsite in the north of Sweden. The campsite is located on the E4, a main road that runs through the entire country and is used by a lot of holiday traffic. The campsite has a nice restaurant with a beautiful veranda overlooking the river that runs through the campsite. The restaurant was renovated in 2017.
In 2017, an adventure golf course was built that focuses on sights from the area. There are several playgrounds, a sauna and a hot tub on the camping site.
There are a total of 25 cottages. There are 6 Stugas that have their own shower and toilet. These six cottages were renovated in 2017.
The campsite has 60 pitches with electricity and 20 pitches without electricity. Due to the surface area of 14HA, the number of camping pitches can easily be expanded. There are 3 sanitary buildings on the campsite.
Right next to the campsite is an outdoor swimming pool owned by the municipality. The swimming pool is managed by the campsite. The bus to nearby towns stops within walking distance of the campsite. Near the campsite is a village with a number of shops.
Several events are organized by the campsite every year.
