After 10 years of running the campsite in this lovely peaceful spot, it is now time to hand over the baton to new owners.

The campsite will be sold with inventory, so a relaunch can be done immediately upon acquisition.
Description of the campsite with café and stugby:
- The campsite is 2.2 HA with 35 spacious pitches with electricity, several spots for tents.
The campsite also has 5 seasonal pitches for summer.
- 14 stugas of different sizes.
- 2 glamping tents from Vodatent.
- 3 service buildings (1 of which is heated) with a total of 7 toilets and 6 showers, a room with 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer, 3 washing-up areas with a total of 6 washing-up areas, 2 storage areas, 2 cleaning areas and 2 changing rooms near the beach. The buildings are equipped with the GATELOCK system that can be extended with e.g. a barrier, washing machines, etc.
- House with on the ground floor: reception, café with menu, ice cream sales ect., coffee corner, kitchen and staff room with toilet and living area on the upper floor: hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom, shower/toilet and storage area.

- The campsite is now open from May to October, but the campsite also has 1 heated service building and this presents a great opportunity/challenge to open the campsite and café also in the winter months and offer activities. There is definitely demand for this. It is also super beautiful here in winter. Once the lake has frozen over and there is snow, you can skate, ice fish, spark across the ice, snowmobile and cross-country ski. Romme Alpin Ski slope an hour's drive away. So here is a nice challenge to pick up winter activities and winter occupancy with possible opening of the café in winter.

Location and surroundings of the campsite:
The campsite is located in South Dalarna, Avesta municipality village of Näs/By Kyrkby. 140 km north of Stockholm. Rural location between the cities of Västerås, Uppsala, Borlänge, Gävle.
The campsite is located in a Unesco Biosphere River Landscape Nedre Dalälven. Close to Fjärnebofjarden national park (also accessible from the campsite with a multi-day canoe trip). And many nature reserves. Features: nature, animals, cycling, hiking, fishing, canoeing and swimming. As mentioned, the campsite is located on the Bysjön with several islands, some of which also have grilling areas, shelters and sandy beaches. Spot beavers, ospreys, various birds, foxes, deer, badgers, lynxes and sometimes a moose swimming by. Sights and activities, such as Sala silver mine, Gårdsjö Elk Park, Verket in Avesta, Falun copper mine, Knäckebrödfactory Stora Skevdi, Visentpark, Högbo bruk, Beer tasting, ceramics course and much more.

Across the campsite is a large playground, a football pitch. Also a school, hembyggsgård. And at 15 km a supermarket, hairdresser, pizzeria, schools, dentist. In Avesta there is a hospital, general practitioners, pharmacy, schools, library, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Burger King, ect.

The campsite welcomes guests from Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy and Spain.
In summer, the campsite has extra summer staff.

The campsite is important to the surrounding area. The campsite is committed to promoting this rural environment, or landsbygden, and it has received a stipend for that.
The campsite is in contact with the municipality and the Tillväxt department/all other entrepreneurs on this matter.
