Beautiful, ready-to-use, well-run campsite for sale.
32 electric pitches and 18 pitches without electricity with various cozy tent fields. 5 seasonal pitches. On the campsite there are various BBQ places and picnic benches and a shelter. Of course the jeu de boules court is also not missing. For our dog friends there is a real fenced agility course with various play equipment. On the campsite there are 6 stuga's, a souvenir shop, a heated modern service house with 5 showers and 8 toilets ladies and gentlemen separate showers are gender neutral. Emptying the toilet takes place in a separate room with an adjacent shed. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 cooking units and inventory of pots and pans, microwave and much more. There is also a tvätt stuga with washing machine. On the campsite there is a Nordic spa sauna, hot tub, and a grill stuga. The reception is at the front of the campsite where also the restaurant (small menu and ice cream sales) with large covered terrace. The campsite also has a living area for the owners consisting of living room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and bedroom. There is a garage and fiber optic. There is also a detached tool/storage building. The waste is collected separately and has a separate place on the campsite. Everything is equipped with LED lighting and automatic lighting, The showers are equipped with push buttons and water-saving shower heads, the mixers are also water-saving. All this is located on the river Indalsälven, where there is a sandy beach with volleyball court and fishing pier for fishing or swimming. The inventory is sold with it, such as: Lawn mower, quad 4×4, Side by Side, shop, restaurant. (see inventory list)
Atmosphere of the campsite
There is a friendly atmosphere at the campsite. Our guests are generally Swedes, Norwegians, Dutch, Germans, Finns, Belgians. Our guests are largely couples. There is peace and quiet at the campsite and you wake up with birdsong. Voted the best campsite in Sweden by the ACSI in 2024.
Area.
The village is 2.5 KM from the campsite and has various shops and facilities, 2 supermarkets, bakkes, hairdresser, petrol pump, liquor store, DIY store, various restaurants, medical center where the doctor, dentist and ambulance are located.
There is a lot to do in summer and winter, of course the beautiful nature with various hiking options. Various nature reserves nearby. Döda fallet, Thai pavilion, many loppis in the area, beaver safari, canoe trips on the river, walking with the guide, moose safari are some examples. But also in winter our guests are entertained with snowmobile safaris, snowshoe walks, dog sledding, ice fishing, but also skiing and cross-country skiing in the village. Or take a look at the world-famous bobsleigh track, which is getting longer every year due to restoration.
Location
The campsite is located in central Sweden between Östersund and Sundsvall, Jämtland. Due to its favorable location, there is a lot of traffic from guests traveling on road 87 from Östersund to Sundsvall or from Bräcke to the north.
The distance to Östersund is 100 km, where the airport is also located. Sundsvall is 110 KM there is the train station.
Information
We owners are a couple of 60+. We sell the camping for personal reasons. We are willing to help during the start-up phase.
