Camping International, on the river Our, is pure natural beauty! The campsite is located just outside the edge of the village of Ouren, which is part of the municipality of Burg-Reuland.
This is the Ourtal: a beautiful region where spring colours the fields yellow with masses of blooming daffodils, where you can still see cows grazing outside, where you can enjoy walking on the GR5 and where you can take kilometres of bike rides on the Ourtal route and the Vennbahn RAVèl.
The varied landscape of the Ourtal is also part of the largest contiguous nature reserve in Europe: High Fens-Eifel.
This concerns the transfer of the shares of the private limited company.
The profitable company has a well-detailed accounting. Included are all real estate, facilities, movable property and equipment as they appear on the depreciation table.
Camping International has 162 spacious pitches. There are 107 passers-by pitches, 5 chalets equipped for 5 people, 2 glamping tents equipped for 6 people and 48 seasonal pitches. The terrain is elongated. About half of the terrain is located on the Our and the other half in a particularly beautiful valley. The Our is a pleasure for fishermen and a great amusement for children. After a day in the open air, it is nice to relax in the café-restaurant or on the sunny terrace.
CAFE-RESTAURANT
Directly opposite the bridge over the Our, at the entrance of the site, is the café-restaurant, newly built in 2012. It includes the reception, a drinks room, 2 dining rooms, toilets, a well-equipped catering kitchen, storage rooms and a sunny terrace.
TOILET BUILDING and MANAGER'S HOUSE
Also newly built in 2012 is the toilet building with caretaker's house. The sanitary part is on the ground floor and has separate ladies and gents units with fresh sanitary facilities (showers, washbasins, toilet), spaces for wheelchair users, a central communal area with washbasins, washing machine and dryer, a baby table and a separate space for emptying chemical toilets.
The modern upper house has a beautiful roof terrace, a spacious living room with open kitchen, toilet, office, storage room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and 2nd toilet.
THE TERRAIN
This site covers 81,316 m². The 162 pitches are spacious. Seven pitches have rental accommodations: 5 chalets (or huts), equipped for 5 people and 2 glamping tents, equipped for 6 people. The seasonal pitches are separated by hedges and some have a shed. Half of the site is located along the Our, the other half in a particularly beautiful valley.
There is also a small playground, a jeu de boules court (pétanque), a table tennis table, storage rooms, a technical room, good infrastructure and nature everywhere.
PARTICULARITIES
All electrical installations are AREI compliant and the reports are valid until 02/02/2026.
The fire prevention report of 06/05/2021 states that the campsite meets all requirements.
The fire safety certificate (ASI) is valid until 27/05/2026.
Unique permit (environmental and building permit), valid until 08/06/2030.
Own water purification 300EH.
The campsite is partly located in a flood-prone area, in the red zone (high risk).
The part in floodable area must be completely evacuated between 15 November and 31 March. All other places may be rented all year round.
Camping International is allowed to remain open all year round, but the current owners close the campsite between 1 October and 30 March.
