Our fine charm campsite is going up for sale. The 2ha campsite is located next to a large recreational/residential lake 410ha, to be found in central/southern France (Haute-Corrèze). A forest-, water-rich (lakes, rivers and waterfalls) and hilly area (altitude 640m), on the edge of the Auvergne with nearby beautiful views a.o. of the mountain peaks of the Cantal. An ideal spot with many hiking and cycling routes in the area. But the lake is also great for anglers, kayakers/suppers and beach lovers.

It is a nice place. Every year we receive many happy people, new guests and returning guests from various countries, either passing through (20 km from the A89 motorway) or staying for several weeks. People regularly say that they love the campsite and have never seen anything like it before, but have been camping here for years. Almost everyone says, we will definitely come back. We had a great feeling from day one at this place and we are not the only ones. What this campsite needs is an owner who will live, live and work here with the same passion.
Why are we selling? A new project has come our way and we find that besides managing the campsite, it is too much work. We are renovating an old holiday colony into a home and 1 flat (so now only during the winter months). So we have to choose (from ourselves) and have decided, after much deliberation, to go for that other project. Which means we have and will take our time selling the campsite. We ourselves will continue to live in the immediate area and will be around if required for a helping hand, guidance, integration tips and the like.
