We have for sale our beautiful glamping/camping with 2.5 hectares of land, swimming pool and stone house in Perigordian style. Located in the most touristy part of the Dordogne, close to many famous historic towns such as Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac, Domme and Beynac.
The glamping currently offers space for 6 pitches or 20 people, but has the possibility for many more pitches by applying for a “permis amenager”.
It is sold with 4 large Emperor tents and 2 Bell tents, all equipped with camp kitchens, beds, mattresses, bedding and accessories. Each tent has a table and chairs, as well as handmade Adirondak chairs. The pool area consists of a large main pool (12 x 6 meters) with terraces surrounding it. There is also a wooden terrace of 80 m² and a children's pool of 3 x 3 meters. High quality parasols and sun loungers are also included.
The swimming pool is equipped with a sand filter system with a new pump from 2021 and all safety rules/fencing meet the correct requirements.
The toilet building was renovated in 2019 and also expanded in 2022. There is also a specially equipped washing-up area with a canopy and a specially designed pergola with a canopy for communal meals. Three new septic tanks have recently been installed, one for the toilet building, one for the washing up area and one for the house. The Périgord stone house has a lot of charm and is oil-fired and we have recently installed a new wood-burning stove.
We have excellent reviews across all booking platforms and many repeat visitors.
Sales are increasing year on year and we have recently entered into a partnership with a renowned wedding events company, which will increase sales significantly.
Other possible sources of income are spiritual stays and yoga stays.
