Living quarters and barns :
The left part of the Herenboerderij is private. Guests cannot enter this part. The spacious private garden of more than 500m2 is also shielded from guests. Ground floor has a modern kitchen (3.5×4.5) with adjacent living room of 5.5×5 mt.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms that are the same size as resp kitchen and living room. Adjacent is a small bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
We are already connected to fibre.
The attic is a real French attic, so with low-hanging beams. If you are a real do-it-yourselfer, you can create extra rooms here.
The private garden is more than charming and has several seating areas. At the back of the garden, a large terrace has been built, partly covered, overlooking the meadows.
The largest barn is really big, ± 20x30mt, the old-fashioned hay barn with matching high barn doors. Adjacent is a work shed that houses lawn mowers and tractor. Also here is a worktop with tool wall.
An indoor space in the large barn is now in use as bicycle storage and small equipment storage.
The total site has an area of 2 ha, of which the campsite covers over 1.3 ha in total.

Supplementary :
As mentioned, the campsite is divided into 2 parts, the beautiful spacious orchard with 4 pitches and "the big field" with 12 pitches. There is the possibility to expand by using the extra field and/or by changing the layout of the campsite.
The sanitary building with 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 washbasins is located at the separation of the orchard and the large field. A further 2 x 2 sinks outside under the extended roof. A separate clothes washbasin.
A separate room contains a sit-down shower, raised toilet and lowered sink. All for the disabled.
In the garden, partly reserved for the guests of the gîtes, several seating areas have been created, there is the boules court, 2 playgrounds and you will find the beautiful swimming pool (10×6 and 1.20 deep)

There are 2 septic tanks, both up to standard and emptied in 2025. The tank at the house is 5,000 litres and the one at the campsite 10,000 litres.
In short, an ideal opportunity if you want to quit the 8-5 job and start a new life in France where you will manage your own time. We are now open 6 months a year, leaving plenty of time to enjoy French life to the full. But of course, everyone is free to choose different opening hours.
Bear in mind that for the size of our business and in this industry, the French bank does not provide a mortgage. We now run this business as a "micro Entreprise".
