This very beautiful campsite is located in the middle of nature, along the river Lesse. The campsite has 47 annual pitches, 38 of which are rented out to regular guests. The 49 passerby places are fully booked throughout the season.
This concerns the private sale of the land and structures, including current permits and leases.

The set includes the following facilities:

· main building with café/restaurant, 2 terraces, living area with 2 bedrooms (to be renovated), reception and sanitary facilities;
· sanitary block on site;
· buildings and caravans connected to municipal sewage system;
· 96 pitches, of which 47 rented out on an annual basis (fixed amount of €1,500/year incl. water & electricity);
· good infrastructure, well-maintained terrain, playground and tent field;
· 33 cabinets with 10A power connection;
· separate place for discharging chemical toilets;
· WIFI coverage over the entire site;
etc.

PARTICULARITIES
The infrastructure of part of the campsite was newly constructed last year. The water drainage of this part was directly connected to the municipal sewage system, the rest of the campsite drains to the purification station, which also overflows into the sewer on the street.
The campsite is located entirely in a flood zone with medium risk : permanent pitches are allowed here, under certain conditions. For more information about this, please contact us by telephone.
The main building has a living area, which was last occupied in 2016. This part needs to be refreshed.
Gas central heating. Hot water through electric boilers.

You must bring the electrical installation of the camping site into conformity.
All pitches have a 10 amp electricity connection, a water point and connection to the sewerage system.
The sanitary block, which has been partly renovated recently, consists of 2 sanitary areas and a laundry room.
WIFI throughout the site with a subscription system.
