Our beautiful campsite is located in the stunning and peaceful Alentejo region, set on a charming 9-hectare plot of land with hundreds of holm oaks and half a hectare of centuries-old olive trees.
Surrounded by a authentic landscape with amazing views to the sun set, the campsite is very close to numerous sites of cultural and historical interest. Just 2 km walking distance you can visit the most well preserve dolmen of the region and an old Roman bridge as well. The city of Elvas, declared as a world heritage site by UNESCO, is less than 20 km away and to the Spanish border around 30 km. This region is also well known for its beautiful weather, peaceful atmosphere and extraordinary gastronomy, with a large selection of typical restaurants, as well as some of the most famous wineries of the country.
The campsite has an excellent access, just 150 m from the main road and about 13 km away from the highway to Lisbon-Spain.
Built from scratch just 5 years ago, our facilities are very well maintained and composed of the following main structures;

Currently, our campsite has 14 large pitches for motorhomes and caravans and 6 pitches with plenty of shade for tents, but is licensed and prepared to have 30 pitches in total (of which 8 can be accommodation units) with a maximum of 90 people. All sites are supplied with 10 A of electricity.
Our outside area includes a barbecue area, pic-nic area, an above ground pool with 7,5 m diameter and several chill-out areas.
All property furniture, equipment and maintenance tools, as well as a tractor and various implements are included in the sale.
There is also an enormous potential for development, as the 9 hectares are composed by two connected plots, one with 3 hectares and another with 6 hectares. The camping is built and licensed on the smaller plot. As such, it is still possible to use the other 6 hectares plot for another 250 m2 of buildings, which could be more accommodations units, and 30 more pitches for motorhomes or tents. Alternatively, the 6 hectares plot also allows the construction of a private house up to 250 m2.
The campsite has been operating since the beginning of March 2020. The occupancy rate has grown exponentially from year to year with an enormous acceptance by our customers as evidenced by the excellent reviews posted by them on Google (4,9/5 with almost 500 reviews) and different camping advice sites.
